7 Brew opens at Firestone City Centre North

FIRESTONE —  The town has a new drive-thru coffee shop, 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee, at 4295 Firestone Blvd. at Firestone City Centre North.

The shop opened Dec. 16.

According to a news release, “7 Brew was born from a desire to change drive-thru coffee into a fun, mind-blowing experience for everyone. They dreamed of serving premium coffee in record time and making new friends while they are at it. They aim to build connections and support local causes as they serve coffee, energy drinks, lemonade, smoothies, and shakes.”

7 Brew opened in 2017 in Rogers, Arkansas, and now has more than 300 stores in 31 states. It is a subsidiary of Encore Restaurants, which was the company behind Five Guys.

“Demand for drive-thru coffee and energy drinks has surged an astounding 5380% in five years, and 7 Brew is a dominant force of momentum in the category,” Dale Doerhoff, president of Encore Restaurants, said in the release.

Fred Couzens, the franchise owner, is a native of Denver, according to whatnowDenver.com. The store opening helped the franchise expand to 300 total locations by the end of this year, according to a news release.
