Developer proposes apartments near Mile High Stadium
DENVER – UDR, a developer in Highlands Ranch, is proposing to build a 285-unit apartment complex on a two-acre parking lot west of Mile High Stadium in Denver.
Business Den reports that UDR is under contract to buy the land at 1570 N. Grove St. from JR Holdings LLC of Englewood.
The seven-story structure would consist of 41 studios, 186 one-bedroom and 58 two-bedroom units.s stadium. The team has proposed creating an entertainment district south of Mile High.
