Centura, Longmont United open primary-care clinic
LONGMONT — Centura Health, the largest health care system in Colorado, and Longmont United Hospital have launched a new Centura Health Physician Group primary-care practice in southwest Longmont.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony in conjunction with the Longmont Chamber of Commerce will take place from 4 to 5:30 p.m. today at the practice, located at 2101 Ken Pratt Blvd.
The clinic includes three providers — physicians Steven Mlodinow and Kevin Bundy, and registered nurse Sue Nelson. The team will focus on family and internal medicine for patients of all ages, including pediatric, teen, adult and senior care.

The practice offers a wide range of health-care services, including treatment for illness, immunizations, well checks, annual exams, sports physicals and a variety of preventive health screenings.
Centura operates Avista Adventist Hospital in Louisville and in August 2015 began operating Longmont United Hospital. A competing facility, UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital, is under construction. UCHealth acquired Longmont Clinic in 2015.
