Otto Pint craft beer, pizza joint in Fort Collins set for March 11 opening
FORT COLLINS — The owners of a new craft beer and pizza joint opening in a former Fort Collins gas station have set their public opening for 11 a.m. March 11.
Otto Pint, 1100 Oakridge Drive, is the third restaurant being opened by Brian Tessari, owner of Domenic’s Bistro and Wine Bar at 931 E. Harmony Road and Vincent Heavenly Pizza Pies and Pasta at 902 W. Drake Road.
BizWest reported in November that otto Pint was renovating the space near the southeast corner of Harmony Road and Lemay Avenue.
In addition to pizza cooked on an open-deck oven and local craft beers, the restaurant will also feature specialty cocktails from regional distillers.
The restaurant is slated to be open seven days per week from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
“We wanted to create something completely unique in Northern Colorado,” Tessari said in a release. “The location and the building itself create the perfect setting for a Colorado-casual experience built around great food, local beers, and regional spirits.”
