Greeley council to weigh incentives for Agrium
The Greeley City Council on Tuesday night will consider approving an incentive package for Agrium, which is planning to build a new fertilizer research and development facility on the west side of town.
The Greeley Tribune reports that the incentives, more than $100,000-worth, would come largely in the form of fee and tax waivers.
Canada-based Agrium submitted plans for the 18,000-square-foot facility earlier this year, with plans to employ 12 people at the site to begin with.
