Three-story medical office building planned for Arista in Broomfield

BROOMFIELD — Wiens Real Estate Ventures and Venture Medical Holdings LLC announced Wednesday plans to build a three-story, 68,000-square-foot medical office building in the Arista development in Broomfield.

Florida-based developer Venture Medical and Broomfield-based Weins expect to break ground on the building in the third quarter of this year. The building will consist of a steel frame structure with stone and stucco veneer.

Venture Medical and Weins are in talks with several major anchor tenants for the building, according to Joe Zepeda of Weins Capital.

Arista is a mixed-use development located at the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 36 and Wadsworth Parkway. It consists of approximately 209 acres of commercial, residential and entertainment properties. The park also houses a 20,000-square-foot Children’s Hospital outpatient therapy center, and construction is underway in Arista on the 52-bed Colorado General Hospital.
