Freedom’s Edge Brewing closing Fort Collins taproom

Did you ever think you’d see the day? A craft brewery is closing on Colorado’s Front Range. Cheyenne, Wyo.-based Freedom’s Edge Brewing Co.’s last day will be Sunday.

The Coloradoan reports that the taproom’s closure marks the first for a Fort Collins brewery since H.C. Berger Brewing Co. closed more than 10 years ago.

Freedom’s Edge’s owners said they plan to start distributing their beers, and that their Fort Collins site is too small. They’ll distribute out of their Cheyenne brewery.
