Cadena named SBA’s Colorado district director

DENVER – The U.S. Small Business Administration on Tuesday announced that Edward Cadena is its new Colorado district director, following his tenure as the SBA’s district director in Nevada.

Cadena is responsible for the delivery of SBA capital, counseling and contracting services throughout Colorado. He started the job May 19, replacing Greg Lopez, who resigned from the position in mid-April.

“I look forward to strengthening an already healthy Colorado economy by getting more capital into the hands of small-business owners and providing broader assistance for firms that want to do business with the federal government,” Cadena said in a statement.
