UCHealth hires Concordia as president/CEO

FORT COLLINS – Elizabeth Concordia has been named president and chief executive of University of Colorado Health effective Sept. 2, replacing Rulon Stacey and Bruce Schroffel, who stepped down from the health system’s leadership last fall.

Concordia comes to UCHealth from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she served as executive vice president and president of UPMC’s Hospital and Community Services Division.

UCHealth has searched for eight months to find a candidate to replace Stacey and Schroffel, according to a prepared statement Tuesday.
