McWhinney launches residential development at Centerra

LOVELAND – Loveland-based developer McWhinney has started construction on The Lakes at Centerra, a residential community north of Highway 34 and east of Boyd Lake Avenue in Loveland.

The 300-acre site will include 791 homes at full build-out, according to a release from McWhinney.

Homes will be priced between the $200,000 and $500,000 range, and an official groundbreaking will be held on April 15.

Four homebuilders will construct the homes, including both local and national builders. Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, TRI Point Homes, Village Homes and Wonderland Homes will work on the development.
