Industrial property in Milliken sells for $3.6M

MILLIKEN – Bayou Workover Services LLC, a Texas-based company that provides well site services to oil and gas companies, has purchased an industrial building in Millken for $3.6 million.

The building encompasses 127,865 square feet of industrial warehouse space and 3,740 square feet of office space on 23.32 acres. The property is located at 3333 Center Drive.

Bayou Services also has operations in Rifle and Greeley, and offers services including fluid logistics, well services and pressure pumping. The building was purchased from All American Homes of Colorado, a modular home builder.

Travis Ackerman of Cassidy Turley Real Estate, Mike Wafer of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and Matt Haskell from Urealty were involved in the transaction.
