Who said that work was supposed to be hard? It is the American way. We work hard for the money. We work like dogs. This value is embedded in our culture.

When are you in the flow? What tasks are you doing? When does time seem to fly by? Who are you working with and what is your role? What kind of work makes you feel free and light?
