Institute ranks CU Leeds school No. 21
BOULDER – The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder has been ranked 21st among 117 national and international business schools, according to data collected from the Aspen Institute’s Beyond Grey Pinstripes survey.
The biennial ranking of business schools measures the extent to which business schools equip students for social and environmental stewardship and teaches social, environmental and economic perspectives required for business success.
“We appreciate the recent recognition extended by Beyond Grey Pinstripes and the Aspen Institute,´ said David Ikenberry, dean of the Leeds School of Business. “Yet Leeds is not a newcomer to this emerging area in business education. Ten years ago, the University of Colorado Boulder took a bold move through the Leeds naming gift to incorporate these key ideas of how business affects society throughout its curriculum.”
The top 10 MBA programs on this year’s list are:
Stanford Graduate School of Business
York University, Schulich School of Business (Canada)
IE University (Spain)
Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business
Yale School of Management
Northwestern, Kellogg School of Management
University of Michigan, Ross School of Business
Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management
University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School
UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business
The Leeds School of Business also was ranked in U.S. News and World Report’s most recent Best Colleges issue. The school’s undergraduate program was 36th overall in the U.S. and its entrepreneurship program was 19th.
