Letting Go of the Status Quo next Employers’ Roundtable topic

FORT COLLINS – The next Employers’ Roundtable, “Letting Go of the Status
Quo: Effective Change Leadership,” is scheduled for Thursday morning,
March 18, from 8 to 9:30 a.m. in the Columbine Room of the Fort Collins
Lincoln Center. Ava Diamond of Diamond Success Group is the presenter.

The program includes the only two things that really motivate people to
change; the seven words that will kill your business; the leadership
behaviors you need to implement right now to be effective in today’s
environment; how to deal with resistance to change; and misconceptions
about change that will derail your efforts to move your organization
forward.

Employers’ Roundtables are presented by the Larimer County Workforce
Center and the Larimer County Enterprise Zone and are free of charge
through the sponsorship of First National Bank.
