CSU Board elects four

The Colorado State University System Board of Governors has elected four business leaders to top positions.

Doug Jones, president and owner of The Jones Realty Group in Denver, will serve as chairman. Jones has been a member of the board since 2005 and is taking over the chair from Patrick Grant. Grant will continue to serve on the board.

Joe Blake, president and CEO of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, will serve as the board’s vice chairman. Blake was appointed to the board in 2006 and also serves as the chairman of the Colorado Transportation Commission.

Additionally, Diane Evans, vice president of the Land Title Guarantee Co., is treasurer; and Ed Haselden, president and CEO of Haselden Construction LLC is secretary.

The four were elected to serve two-year terms on the voting nine-member board. An additional four nonvoting members represent faculty and students at CSU in Fort Collins and in Pueblo.
