Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining

A friend of mine works for a company that is recruiting.  He is in management. The HR department handed him 76 resumes to review. He was thrilled. He felt he had hit the mother lode. I need to fill this position. Do you have any suggestions?”

Most don’t impress me much. So, take my friend’s story to heart. You can look great on paper. You can ace the interview. Honest. You can.
