Banner buys land for future Loveland clinic

LOVELAND – Banner Health has purchased land adjacent to Walgreens at the southeast corner of Taft Avenue and 14th Street SW in Loveland for the future development of a primary care facility.

Banner paid $677,680 for the 79,715 sq. ft. lot, zoned for office use, in a transaction dated Jan. 26, according to Realtec Commercial Real Estate Services. The seller was FirsTier Bank of Broomfield, which was closed by regulators on Jan. 28.

Dave Clarkson of Clarkson Land LLC in Evans was the listing broker on the deal. Jason Ells and Larry Melton of Realtec Inc. in Fort Collins represented the seller.
