Stryker, Leprino make Forbes list of wealthiest Americans

FORT COLLINS – Pat Stryker, a Fort Collins-based heiress and
philanthropist, placed No. 308 on the 2010 annual Forbes 400 list of the
wealthiest Americans.

Stryker, 54, has an estimated net worth of $1.3 billion. Her No. 308
ranking this year is down from No. 289 in 2009 and No. 262 in 2008.

Stryker is the granddaughter of Homer Stryker, a surgeon and founder of
Stryker Corp., a medical technology company.

Topping the list of richest Coloradans this year was Philip Anschutz, a
Denver investor who made his fortune through his ownership in Qwest
Communications. Anschutz placed No. 34 on the Forbes list with a net
worth estimated at $7 billion.

Other Coloradans on the list include:
