The Power of And

Most of us have heard this before but I felt inspired to wax on about the power of connecting, including, respecting, and appreciating what others have to say. This happens when we replace the word “but” in our daily conversations with the word, “and.”

AND, before we can alter our speech habits, we must change the way we think. That only makes sense because our thoughts inform our words, which in turn ignite our actions.
