Tombstone acquires key technology
BOULDER – Tombstone Cards Inc., a Boulder-based image customization software company, has purchased the underlying technology it uses to create its OIEPrint 2.0 software.
Tombstone bought the technology from its Lithuania-based software partner InDis-Baltic for an undisclosed amount. The purchase was made with a combination of cash and common stock.
The agreement also provides Tombstone (OTCBB : TMCI) with the exclusive rights to market OIEPrint software worldwide.

“We are receiving interest in OIEPrint from around the globe,´ said Neil Cox, Tombstone chairman and chief financial officer, in a statement. “Clearly, there is a growing demand for Web-to-print services. By securing these rights, we are well situated to take advantage of today’s international opportunities.”
OIEPrint 2.0, currently in beta testing, is a Web-to-print, template-driven application that creates high-resolution, print-ready images. The software is designed for print shops and those who customize products.
