Anna Panoka was named producer for the news program “Colorado Matters” on Colorado Public Radio, a radio station based in Denver.

CTA Public Relations of Louisville hired Paige Littman as executive assistant to Shirley Thompson, the company’s president and co-founder.

Teddi Davis, director of product development and consumer product marketing for Xcel Energy, was elected chairwoman of the Front Range Community College Foundation board of directors.

John Behrendt, a senior research associate at the University of Colorado at Boulder and a fellow emeritus of the Institute of Arctic and Alpine Research, was elected president of the American Polar Society.

The Boulder Better Business Bureau, a nonprofit dedicated to business ethics, hired Janie Brown as executive director.
