Developer shops for replacement at retail project

Developers of the Harmony School Shops in Fort Collins, took a fist in the gut last year when Albertson?s backed out on plans to be the anchor.
Still, Miller-Weingarten Inc. forges ahead on the project, located at the northeast corner of Timberline and Harmony Roads.
?We?re trying to figure out if we can get somebody to go on that particular site,? said Greg Moran, Miller-Weingarten?s director of leasing.
The problem for the developer is the center was approved with an Albertson?s design, which ?is not exactly what everybody else loves,? Moran said.
