AnarkDigital launch broadens market for Boulder company

In March, Boulder-based Anark Corp., a provider of software for interactive media development, launched an internal design house, AnarkDigital. Only a month into its existence, AnarkDigital had garnered an impressive list of customers that includes Microsoft’s Windows XP group, video card maker NVIDIA and Matsushita Corp.

The idea for AnarkDigital had been gestating for several years. Joe Wilson, Anark Corp.’s VP of business development, credited Chris Hess, AnarkDigital’s creative director and former vice president of global interactive solutions at Level 3, for getting the ball rolling. Christopher Wood is editor and publisher of BizWest, a regional business journal covering Boulder, Broomfield, Larimer and Weld counties. Wood co-founded the Northern Colorado Business Report in 1995 and served as publisher of the Boulder County Business Report until the two publications were merged to form BizWest in 2014.
