Real Estate: Gongloff agency joins The Group in Greeley

GREELEY — The Gongloff Group, a three-year-old residential real estate firm in Greeley, has cast its lot with a bigger group.

Last month, Jeanette Gongloff merged her four-agent office with The Group Inc., Northern Colorado’s largest brokerage based on sales volume.

With the merger, The Group Inc. grows to 241 agents in the region, including 53 in Greeley.

“It most definitely will increase our market share,´ said Sharianne Daily, president of The Group Inc., founded in Fort Collins in 1976.
