Two Fort Collins projects could add 337 more apartment units

Developers have proposed a pair of new apartment projects that would bring 253 units and 84 units, respectively, to Fort Collins, with the latter including commercial space as well.

The Coloradoan reports that the 253-unit complex would sit on 12 acres on South College Avenue, and include 23 buildings. Former planning and zoning board member Butch Stockover, meanwhile, is planning the other complex, a high-end development on the edge of Midtown that would include 8,000 square feet of commercial space.
