Timnath approves 235 more homes for Wildwing
The Timnath town council has approved another 235 single-family homes for the Wildwing subdivision, bringing the size of the 282-acre development now to 343 homes in all.
The Coloradoan reports that the new approvals include homes for the second, third and fourth phases of the development, with phase 2 homes ranging in lot six from 8,400 square feet to 16,000 square feet.
