Lafayette to consider new Arapahoe-287 development

The Lafayette City Council on Tuesday will consider a petition for annexation of an 82-acre site that could be home to the Hearteye Project, a subdivision that would include 462 residences  – including apartments, condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes as well as commercial property and a community-supported farm.

According to the Daily Camera, the subdivision would be located on the south side of Arapahoe Road about one-fourth mile west of U.S. Highway 287.
