Controversial Renaissance Village apartments in Longmont gain approval

The Longmont planning and zoning commission approved a 276-unit apartment complex to be built at the southwest corner of Airport Road and Clover Basin Drive that has drawn the ire of many nearby residents.

The Times-Call reports that the approval is final unless an appeal is filed within seven days, which would send the project before city council.
