The Gold Nugget program draws entries from 14 western states and recognizes excellence and innovation in residential design.

Denver-based Royal Crest Dairy, which serves customers in cities throughout the Boulder Valley, was honored by the Department of Labor and Employment for having an exemplary safety record.
