299-unit student apartment complex proposed for Midtown Fort Collins

St. Louis-based Collegiate Development Group has partnered with Campus Apartments on a proposal to build 299 student apartments on a 4-acre site in Midtown Fort Collins.

The Coloradoan reports that the project, dubbed Spring Creek Station, would lie north of the Whole Foods Market in the area and replace existing buildings that are home to several businesses, including Once Again Thrift Store and Rocky Mountain Recumbents.

The project would include a five-story building, parking garage and retail space.
