Soundwall raises more than $600K in VC

BROOMFIELD — Soundwall, the flat wifi-connected speaker that can be covered with an art print, recently brought in $625,000 in venture capital.

The company, according to a Form D it filed with the SEC on May 16, is seeking $1 million by offering debt and security acquired by exercise of an option or warrant.

The Broomfield company recently was named a finalist in the BigCommerce Design Awards competition, and debuted its latest flat-panel speaker for $499.
