Hosting.com acquires Virginia cloud-services company

DENVER — Hosting.com, a Denver-based Internet cloud-services company, has acquired a Virginia consulting firm.

The Denver Post reports that Hosting.com acquired Stelligent Systems, based in Reston, Va. The company provides software services in Amazon’s cloud, helping clients determine where to automate software development. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Stelligent’s team of 35 employees will join Hosting.com’s workforce of 425 people. The Denver company is based at 900 S. Broadway.
