Prime West Development promotes Jim Neenan to president

DENVER — Jim Neenan, former president of Fort Collins-based developer and contractor Neenan Co., has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of Denver-based Prime West Development Inc.

Neenan has been senior vice president-development at Prime West since joining the company in 2012.

Neenan left the Fort Collins company, founded by his cousin David Neenan, in 2004 and became owner/president of Gardner Signs Inc. in Fort Collins until 2010. He returned to Neenan Co. that year as senior vice president of business development and left in 2011.

Since its founding in 1981, Prime West has developed more than 5 million square feet of commercial real estate and manages 2.2 million square feet, including office, retail and medical projects. Prime West Cos. provides a full suite of commercial real estate services through two main businesses — Prime West Development Inc. and Prime West Real Estate Services LLC.
