Panda Express bound for Greeley

GREELEY – Another restaurant chain has staked out frontage at the Centerplace retail center in Greeley, the 273,000-square-foot shopping center just northeast of the junction of 47th Street and the U.S. 34 Bypass.

Panda Express bought a one-acre pad adjacent to the Outback Steakhouse. The 800-store chain features wok-cooked Chinese specialties in a quick-serve, drive-through style. The Greeley store will be Colorado’s 28th Panda Express location. In addition to Outback, other restaurant chains at the Centerplace complex include Red Robin and Subway.

Centerplace is owned by Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers, the owner of 393 retail properties nationwide.
