Jody Duvall collaborates with clients from a variety of industries throughout Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming to resolve labor and employment issues. Mr. Duvall focuses his practice on advising employers on issues such as hiring, termination, discipline, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, trade secrets, unfair competition, and wage and hour matters, among others.
