Applied Films sales v.p. resigns
LONGMONT-Applied Films Corporation (NASDAQ: AFCO), a local supplier of thin film deposition equipment to the flat panel display industries, announced the resignation of Helmut Frankenberger, executive vice president of worldwide sales and marketing. Frankenberger resigned from Applied Films to join another company as its president.
He joined Applied Films in 2000 when it acquired the Large Area Coatings Division of Unaxis Holding Ltd.
The company is actively seeking a new sales and marketing executive and in the interim, Frankenberger’s responsibilities will continue under the current product management staff.
