Something else The Eye spotted: a job posting from the State of Colorado Department of Revenue seeking a criminal investigator for its Medical Marijuana Enforcement Decision in Fort Collins. Position requires, among other things, certification as a peace officer and submitting to random drug tests.
Seeing as how Fort Collins passed Prop. 300 by a 52 percent margin, this position is probably about making sure MMJ dispensaries stay stubbed out.
The application deadline closed Feb. 21.
