East & Co. market hall, events venue opens in Flatiron Park
BOULDER — East & Co., a market hall and events venue, recently debuted in Boulder’s Flatiron Park corporate campus.
A partnership between hospitality firms Working Title Food Group and EVG Hospitality and Flatiron Park property owner BioMed Realty, East & Co. is located at 2100 Central Ave.
“East & Co. provides an all-day menu spanning coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a retail market dedicated to locally sourced goods, artisan products and pantry staples,” according to a news release from the market hall’s operators. “An ongoing partnership with the Boulder County Farmers Market anchors that approach, supplying the kitchen with seasonal produce and helping East & Co. connect with the local purveyors and brands featured throughout the market.”
BioMed Realty in 2022 paid $625 million for about 1 million square feet of space in Flatiron Park and has spent the years since upgrading the East Boulder campus to cater to life-sciences and technology tenants.
