Colorado Attorney General Philip Weiser and Boulder County District Attorney Michael Dougherty announced in a joint-press conference Tuesday that the state, county and Four Star Realty have agreed to a settlement related to what the government calls “deceptive,” “unlawful” and “unfair” business practices by the property management company that mainly rents to college students in Boulder, Fort Collins, Greeley and Denver.
