Berthoud trustees OK plan, rezoning for Ludlow Farm

BERTHOUD — A neighborhood master plan and rezoning request for a proposed 306.4-acre Ludlow Farm housing and commercial development, a project that could contain as many as 1,800 units, was approved Tuesday night by the Berthoud Board of Trustees on a 6-1 vote, with only Mayor Will Karspeck dissenting.
The original annexation, zoning and Planned Unit Development concept plans for the project, located east of U.S. Highway 287 and south of Mountain Avenue, were approved by the town in 2010.
