Chicken Salad Chick opening first Colorado restaurant in Greeley

GREELEY — The Centennial State’s first Chicken Salad Chick restaurant will be in Greeley.

The Alabama-born chain, opening next month at 4144 24th Street Road, “serves a dozen varieties of made-from-scratch chicken salad flavors, along with fresh side salads, gourmet soups, signature sandwiches and desserts,” according to a CSC news release.

NOCO Chick LLC, operated by Greeley couple David Zumbrun and Jessica Zumbrun, is the franchise behind the Greeley Chicken Salad Chick locations. The pair is also targeting Fort Collins, Longmont, Loveland, Johnstown and Windsor for future CSC restaurants.

Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

“We have owned other businesses over the years, including a restaurant. But when we walked into Chicken Salad Chick, we were immediately drawn to the brand’s unique combination of joyful, welcoming atmosphere and fresh food made from scratch every day,” David Zumbrun said in the release. “The Chick’s guiding principles are all about spreading joy, enriching lives and serving others, which is something Jessica and I have always focused on in our personal and professional lives. We knew this would be a perfect fit for us and for this growing community.”
