Insurance brokerage FNIC opens first Colorado office in Loveland

LOVELAND — First Insurance Group LLC, or FNIC, a Nebrska-based insurance brokerage, has opened its first Colorado operation in Loveland at 750 N. Lincoln Ave.

“The decision to expand our office footprint into Colorado was a logical next step in our growth strategy,” FNIC CEO Scott Hill said in a prepared statement. “We have assembled a group of experienced insurance professionals who will hit the ground running. They will be a strong complement to FNBO’s robust banking operation throughout Northern Colorado.”

FNIC is the insurance subsidiary of First National of Nebraska Inc., which is also the parent company of FNBO Bank, which operates throughout the Boulder Valley and Northern Colorado. FNBO last year bought the naming rights to a major portion of the Future Legends Complex in Windsor, which is now home to FNBO Field at TicketSmarter Stadium.
