Broomfield’s Botanical Interests acquired by San Diego gardening media platform
BROOMFIELD — Botanical Interests Inc., a Broomfield seller of vegetable, herb and flower seed packets, has been acquired by San Diego-based Epic Gardening, a media platform with gardening content and links to products and supplies.
The deal, terms of which were not disclosed, “greatly expands Epic Gardening’s reach into the wholesale market via partnership with existing Botanical Interests store partners and sales reps,” the buyer said in a news release.
Botanical Interests’ brand, Colorado operations and workforce will remain in place, Epic said.
