Coan, Payton & Payne promotes 2 to partner

FORT COLLINS — Two attorneys have been promoted to partner at Coan, Payton & Payne LLC, which has offices in Fort Collins, Greeley and Denver.

The two are Jody Duvall and Matthew Chudacoff.  

Chudacoff is part of the firm’s litigation team. His focus is on general commercial litigation with an emphasis on resolving disputes related to business, real estate, natural resources and employment matters. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Wyoming College of  Law and serves on the board of the Pathfinder Drug Abuse Treatment Council.
