Dallas company picks up fourth mobile home park in Larimer County

FORT COLLINS — A company headquartered in Dallas has picked up its fourth mobile home community in Northern Colorado so far this year. 

Larimer County property records show that a company identified as CH Realty X Legacy MCH Denver Collins Aire purchased the Collins Aire mobile home park at 401 N. Timberline in Fort Collins. Purchase price was listed at $45.5 million. Collins Aire has 151 units on 23 acres.

The seller was CAMHP LLC, a company based in Hawaii.

Previously, the Dallas company purchased the 108 unit Aspen Ridge Manufactured Home Community in Loveland for $22.25 million, then the 299 unit Lago Vista mobile home park in Loveland  in June for $45.5 million, followed in July by the 125 unit Loveland mobile home community on Sandstone Drive and Sunset Place for $37 million.

The listed registered agent for the Dallas company has an address of 3819 Maple Ave. in Dallas, which is also the address for Crow Holdings, of which Trammell Crow Residential is a part.
