Broomfield development combines Red Silo Coffee, multi-tenant commercial space
BROOMFIELD — Red Silo Coffee Roasters, an Arvada-based coffee shop-cafe concept with an additional location in Washington, is planning to open in Broomfield inside a new building with Red Silo on the first floor and additional commercial suites on a second.
Microflex 1 LLC, an entity registered to a residential address in Golden, has submitted plans to build a two-story 11,156-square-foot-building off Coalton Road.
“The proposed building will include a drive-thru coffee shop, Red Silo Coffee, as well as multi-tenant spaces to be used for retail, office, medical office or other commercial uses,” according to Broomfield planning documents.
