Broomfield commercial space nearly doubles in price since 2017
BROOMFIELD — A Broomfield commercial building that’s home to a tire shop and dog boarding business was sold last month for $8.75 million.
The nearly 67,000 square-foot structure at 555 Alter St., built in the 1960s, was offloaded by 3200 LLC, an entity registered to the Boulder address of Halcyon Real Estate Inc., according to Broomfield real estate records.
The buyer was RDG Properties LLC, an entity registered by Ryan Geiser to a residential address in Englewood. That company bought the property in 2017 for $4.75 million, public records show.
