Former Broncos QB now farms mushrooms
FORT LUPTON — Citing the medicinal benefit of mushrooms, former Broncos quarterback Jake Plummer now puts his energy into growing mushrooms and making them available to athletes or others seeking relief from pain.
CBS News in Denver reported that Plummer has created MyCOLove Farms LLC, a company that lists a Boulder address with the Secretary of State but operates its farm near Fort Lupton.
