Six Denver restaurants move to employee ownership
DENVER — Six restaurants under the Edible Beats umbrella in the Denver area will be moving to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, a common employee-ownership model.
The Denver Post reported the six restaurants are El Five, Linger, Ophelia’s Electric Soapbox, Root Down and Vital Root.
