Infrastructure improvements to come before south Fort Collins build-to-rent development

FORT COLLINS — A 268-unit development along College Avenue and Trilby Road would need to wait until planned improvements are made at the busy intersection.

The Fort Collins Coloradoan reported the 39-acre build-to-rent development hopes to start building in mid 2023, following the completion of improvements.
